Who We Are.
Working towards equity, equal opportunity, and upward mobility.
Here at Kaimore, we know that so much change still needs to happen before we can achieve equal opportunity and class mobility, especially for those communities who have historically been marginalized.
Since our founding, we have been determined to make an impact and work towards a solution. The core of our efforts is to promote economic mobility by providing targeted professional development services for those who are underprivileged. Through all of our endeavors, we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs of fairness, inclusion, and opportunity.

The Problem
Why Are We Here?
Los Angeles ranks seventh in income inequality out of the largest 150 metro regions. Inequality is driven, in part, by a widening gap in wages. Since 1979, the highest-paid workers have seen their wages increase by 13 percent, while wages for the lowest-paid workers have declined by 25 percent.
The recent pandemic has highlighted the economic, social, and racial inequities that especially impact marginalized, vulnerable communities and put class disparities and American inequality in full display, highlighting a need for a solution.
The presence of a semi-permanent welfare class is a drain on public resources. Money going to income replacement programs, fueled by multi-generational poverty, could otherwise go to pre-K education, infrastructure, and job programs.

Mission
Our focus areas and the outcomes we seek to achieve.
Kaimore is dedicated to breaking the cycle of generational poverty by providing holistic support to transition-aged foster and at-risk youth, as well as single mothers and women affected by domestic abuse. We deliver effective training programs aimed at empowering individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary for upward mobility in their careers, sustainable financial success and accelerated independence.
We are dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty that affects millions of Americans. Kaimore is not just addressing the symptoms of poverty; we believe in rebuilding lives from the ground up by addressing the root causes. We strive to build a strong foundation for all underserved communities, providing them with the tools and support they need to avoid falling into the traps of crime, homelessness, and poverty.

Vision
The future we strive to create.
We envision vibrant, empowered communities where every individual has the opportunity to reach their full potential and leave a legacy of success for generations to come.
As we look to the future, our vision encompasses the establishment of a transformative facility—a sanctuary of hope and comprehensive support. This facility will provide transitional housing, empowering at-risk individuals with opportunities for growth, accountability, and the building of solid foundations. Within this safe space, a nurturing environment awaits, complete with educational and career advancement programs, wellness activities, and a supportive community network.

Wellness Dimensions
Wellness comprises of eight mutually co-dependence dimensions: emotional, physical, occupational, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and financial. A well-rounded balance of these wellness dimensions provides holistic harmony to one’s personal well-being. At Kaimore, we address all aspects of our clients' needs.
