Market Ready is designed for young people ages 16-29 who are motivated to learn about money, careers, and entrepreneurship, especially those from underserved or low-income communities.

Participants are expected to commit to 2-5 hours each week for the duration of the course chosen. There are flexible online masterclasses, mentor check-ins, and seasonal hands-on experiences like the summer internship. We’ll work with your schedule.

Not at all! You’ll learn how to come up with and build a side hustle during the program. All you need is curiosity and commitment.

You’ll receive a certificate of completion, access to launch your side hustle opportunities, and the skills to confidently move forward.

Yes, we participate in the VITA program and provide tax assistance to Market Ready participants and their families during tax season (February-April).
