Housing & Homeownership
This program focuses on housing stability, including transitional housing, permanent and affordable housing, and first-time homeownership. Low-income and at-risk individuals often face challenges related to housing stability, such as homelessness, lack of affordable housing, and limited access to mortgage financing. Our Housing and homeownership program can help individuals find safe and stable housing, achieve homeownership, and build equity and wealth over time.

Transitional Housing:
Transitional housing is temporary housing that provides individuals with a safe and stable place to live while they work to overcome challenges such as homelessness, job loss, or domestic violence. We refer clients to transitional housing partners so that individuals address the root causes of their housing instability and move towards more permanent housing solutions.
Permanent/Affordable Housing:
Our permanent and affordable housing program provides low-income and at-risk individuals with safe, decent, and affordable housing options. This program provides resources to subsidized rental housing, public housing, and housing vouchers. This can help individuals achieve greater housing stability, reduce their housing costs, and improve their overall quality of life.

First-Time Homeownership:
This program provides low-income and at-risk individuals with the support and resources they need to become homeowners for the first time. This program includes education and counseling on topics such as budgeting, credit, and mortgage financing, as well as resources to down payment assistance and other financial incentives to help individuals achieve their homeownership goals. Homeownership can provide a path to greater financial stability and long-term wealth building.
